Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification via e-mail and SMS with tracking details. This email includes a link to track your order so you can independently track the progress of the parcel. Orders can also be checked at www.auspost.com.au/tracking, you will need the tracking number from your email. Please allow one business day for orders to be dispatched.
Depending on the country the item arrives in, import duties and taxes may be payable. As a recipient, you will be liable for all import duties, taxes and customs fees prior to the goods being released to you. Taxes and customs charges vary depending on each country and the value of the item(s). For more information, please contact your local customs office or visit their website. There are no additional costs for taxes or duties on Australian deliveries.
Bespoke Jewellery is made to order. If you have purchased a custom jewellery piece that will require manufacturing, please allow approximately four weeks for production. The production time does not include processing and shipping timeline, therefore, if you need a specific bespoke item sooner, please get in touch with us via email at info@janlogan.com to ensure we are able to meet the deadline. We will do our best to ensure you have the piece in a timely manner without compromising on the quality.

How do I track my order?
You should have been sent the shipping details for your order via email once your order was dispatched. This email includes a link to track your order so you can independently track the progress of the parcel. Please allow 1 business day for orders to be dispatched.
