JAN LOGAN OFFERS A 14 DAY CHANGE OF MIND POLICY ON ALL ORDERS

If you change your mind, or if you have given a gift and your recipient would like to choose something else, Jan Logan offers a 14 day change-of-mind policy on all orders worldwide.  Eligible purchases can be exchanged for store credit or an online gift card within 14 days of pick up or delivery. The value excludes postage fees where applicable.

Store credit is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Jewellery will not be accepted for exchange or credit if it is damaged or has been worn. Refunds are not permitted.

Resized, custom jewellery and made-to-order bespoke pieces are final sale and ineligible for returns.

Your item is eligible for an exchange if it meets the following criteria:

  • The item has not been altered or had any external work done to it
  • The item is returned in its original condition; unworn, undamaged and in original packaging
  • The item is returned within the specified 14-day time frame from pick up or receiving the delivery parcel.
  • The item is returned without any damage in transit from customer’s end.

Jan Logan will confirm an exchange or credit upon inspection of the received item. Should any of the above criteria not be met, Jan Logan has the right to refuse the exchange and return at the customer’s expense.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN

To arrange a return or for more information, please contact our Customer Care team at info@janlogan.com. Once confirmed with our customer service team, item's can be returned to the below address. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the pick up or delivery date.

RETURNS FAQs

  • Can I exchange earrings?

Yes, we do accept the return of earrings if the product is returned unworn and in saleable condition within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • May I exchange an item that has been engraved?

Any products that has been engraved cannot be returned to Jan Logan.
